Thanks you very much my friends Oehlkster and Raja (Hvangsaeii) for their helps.
Video was too long and took 4-5 days to complete it, so forgot to include Bladeshell, Scorch like passive talents.
1. Bladeshell is also the same thing as FG, 8 secs mike has no talent
2. Scorch won't help in Mike as we want mike to get hit and deflect, while scorch neglects dmg and has CD: 2 secs.
In a nutshell all of these passive talents r useless for mike.
