What's up ๐ ladies & gentlemen ๐จ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ฉ๐ปโโ๏ธ, it's-a-me ๐ SuperKevinuts! ๐คฉ And in this fantastic ๐คฉ evening ๐ boys & girls, I'm bringing you ๐ the sixth song ๐ถ used in another amazing : "Super Mario" flash-game which makes part. of my dear ๐ฅบ childhood as well, and that game I'm talking about is simply called : "Mario Remix", created by a great guy named Greg Vottero. Now this flash-game was named like this, due to the fact that it combines 3 popular & major video-games into a single one, which has as protagonist obviously our favorite fat, spaghetti lover & plumber, Mario. These 3 very mighty video-games are firstly the 1990 platform-game developed by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System : "Super Mario World" ; secondly the Japanese science fiction video-game franchise created by Capcom : "Mega Man" & the third & the last one, but not the least, the shooter video-games, introduced in 1985, developed and published by Konami: "Gradius". When opening this cool flash-game, you'll be of course greeted by a simplistic, yet nice designed main-menu that contains the game's title, 2 text buttons (the first one to start the game & the second one to show you the controls of the player) & finally another 2 buttons, represented as 2 big question block ( the first one to show you the credits & the second one to show some disclaimers). Once you start the actual game, on your screen it will pop-up up different stages with the games I mentioned you before : "Super Mario World", "Mega Man" & "Gradius" & at this point it is you choice of which one you're gonna play. The : "Super Mario World" stage consists in three short levels combined together, all of them being of course some bootleg varieties of the : "Yoshi's Island 2" ; "Valley of Bowser 1" & "Larry's Castle" levels. The first bootleg level takes place in a forest with lots of hills which has primary as enemies some Galoombas, followed next by a few Red Koopas, Flying Koopas & finally some piranha plants jumping from some purple pipes. There are a few to jump on as well, in order not to fall into the deep hole beneath you. The second level is the cave one, which is similar with the first one, having lots of hills to jump on, but this time, you're gonna encounter only a single kind of enemy & that is the Spiny. The third level is a plain castle with lots of wooden pillars that serve as floor & on which there are walking lots of Dino-Torches that will breathe fire to hurt or kill you. Also, in some areas from this level, there will be a few sharp wooden pillars called : "Beak Pillar" that you have to dodge so they won't kill you. And finally, once you get past all these 3 levels, you'll have to deal with the first boss from this flash-game, who is a giant Blargg that will occasionally jump out from the lava pool that's beneath the wood bridge you're standing on & if not, it will summon a lava pillar which will try to kill you by rising up from under Mario. Plus of that, the purple pipe from above you will shoot some big fireballs at you, making the process of killing Blaarg a little slower & harder. The only way you can kill this guy is by hitting it with the red Koopa shells that will drop from the orange pipe from above you. Now, in this video ladies & gentlemen, I'm bringing you the theme song used for the third level of the : "Super Mario World" stage which is in fact the MIDI version of a great song extracted from the 1990 platform-game developed by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System : "Super Mario World" & that song is called : "Castle" composed by the amazing Japanese music composer, pianist, and music director who works for the video-game company Nintendo, Koji Kondo. The MIDI version was composed by a guy named Erik.
