I love Maxim's speed, his agility, his breezy motion! He'd work great in a platform game, with less 'bumping' going on.
As for Belmont. There's a reason he's the biggest, the fastest, and strongest too, and the first member of the Belmont Crew.
I wish you could play him outside of Boss Rush, but I can see his style conflicting with the main game's level design!
