1Because everything is more marketable with cats, I guess?
Also, I didn't mention it because it's not in the prototype, but there is obviously terrain in these levels. A cat chasing a point of light into a wall (THUMP) isn't going to be very happy, either. Angry cats don't want to chase laser pointers. They just want their food.
