Cataclysm stream, but its just another normal day in the apocalypse. (Modded) Pt 2 (01.01.20 stream)
3Greetings all of ye!
New year, new stream! After being challenged by a friend to start streaming again, i took up his challenge and here we are. Stream had to be a two parter cause OBS was starting to have an stroke and had to restart the stream. Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead is not something i have streamed before so we had quite an 8 hour run.
Before streaming i played this character about 5 hours trying to get thru the early game grind and being able to start exploring the world. After gathering a few books, skills and basic tools i set off to the world beyond our hometown of Royalston.
Characters backstory is that he was a hacker before the Cataclysm. He had been thrown into jail for hacking police and military robots. He was finally caught when his hardware failed on him. Our story started in a prison that was for a mysterious reason avoid of dead and even undead. Few turrets still kept beeping around the dark halls, but noone else was to be found. After getting out of the jail, our Hero head to the closest town called Royalston. He found an Evac shelter where he set-up shop and tried to survive for few days with protein bars salvaged from an nearby shelter. Our hero also found an pre-cataclysm scientists holed up in a impressive government bunker that holds everything needed to survive for decades. After killing an rogue robot with an car the "Hub" sent out to the world, Hub scientists trusted our Hero with more quests. We join our hero after he decides to abandon his safety in the Evac shelter in a Hippie van he was managed to get working. Join our hero as he tries to survive in a world filled with zombies, mythical creatures and true terrors of the dark. Will our hero die in the first year or shall he help others to rebuild a resemblance of the old and quickly forgotten world? As springs is starting to come to an end, we enter an new and dangerous summer, where the dead are not the only problem...
