In this Pokemon Arceus game clip, we take a look at the Galaxy Team's Entry Trial which asks us to catch a Bidoof, Starly, and Shinx! We start off catching a Bidoof and before doing so, we are taught about Focusing in the Field. This allows us to focus on a Pokemon which is helpful when throwing Pokeballs to catch Pokemon. We learn that we are able to Focus In on a Pokemon by holding down the ZL button. This is also helpful when trying to doge Pokemon that try to attack you! We then go over crouching down to make it harder for Pokemon to see or notice us. We do this pressing B and it works best by Tall Grass. This makes it harder for Pokemon to detect us and might make it easier to catch them as well as get the first attack! After catching Starly, we also learn that we can throw our Pokemon at certain things in the World to extract materials from them. For example, we are able to throw our Pokemon at certain trees to make our Pokemon hit them for berries and other crafting materials. Before catching Shinx we learn about Pokemon Cues which tell us how easy it is to catch a Pokemon. Some may feel aggressive towards us and have to be battled in order to be caught! We then learn about Starting Pokemon Battles! If we aim our Pokemon at the Pokemon we want to battle! Once this is done we are told to report back to the Captain at the Village!
