CATIA xDesign Video Tutorial Mechanical Part 10 Surface tower shield
The part took me some time to discover and to model. I mean to discover the best way to make it in xDesign. At some moment, instead of Loft, I wanted to use Sweep, but it seems it is impossible to apply. Also, on some edges, a radius of 2 mm is rejected and a radius of 1 mm is accepted. The same part, made in CATIA v5, is possible with Sweep and R2. Take a look, try to model it and leave your comments if there is another easier method to model the part.
