Cavalcadence plays Dorian 1: Leaps and Bounds (All Zones Mode)
For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So... Dorian. IMO, Dorian is a weird character to play, and as you'll see in this video, I'm not very good with him, and do make plenty of mistakes. On the plus side, though, he is built to withstand more mistakes than Cadence (more health, armor, and damage than Cadence).
Dorian's main disadvantage is that he is cursed to move two tiles per step. He can disable (and re-enable) this disadvantage, but while moving one tile per step, he will take damage for every step he takes.
Dorian has had some adjustments since his initial introduction, but at the time of this recording, I think the following is accurate:
Dorian starts with:
- Cursed Boots of Leaping (unreplaceable item, I think). Just like normal Boots of Leaping, except that if he turns them off, he takes damage (half a heart) for every step he takes.
- Dorian's Armor (unreplaceable item, I think). I think this is equivalent to Plate Armor, but I haven't tested that.
- 4 Hearts of health.
- Ring of Might.
- Dagger.
- Compass.
- Pickaxe.
- Bomb.
In other words, in order to make up for his movement disadvantage, he does have offensive, defensive, and pathfinding advantages.
Anyway, while it wasn't very pretty (Dorian got hit a lot and I basically gave up on the Coin Multiplier sometime in... Zone 3, I think), here's my first ever Dorian win in All Zones Mode... hope you enjoy!
The Zone 1 mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
- Minotaur, Red Dragon, Gray Minotaur, and Coral Riff 1.
The Zone 2 mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
- Red Dragon, Gray Minotaur, Red Dragon, and Death Metal 2.
The Zone 3 mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
- Gray Minotaur, Gray Direbat, Green Banshee, and Deep Blues 3.
The Zone 4 mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
- The Mommy, Ogre, Blood Nightmare, and King Conga 4.

2:30 I decide to go back for the Rapier (extra range will definitely help Dorian!)

3:28 Blood Spear! Range + Healing? Yes, please! Unfortunately, I'd moved to the bottom row of the shop which basically meant I had to take extra damage in order to get the spear. =p
