So I was playing some normal Mary runs, and a few runs in... 1-1 Dagger of Phasing. ^.^ Deja vu? Deja vu! ^_^
I'm pretty sure I'd never done an actual DoP Mary run before (it's not the safest weapon for Mary, both due to its lack of range and all of the phasing damage interactions you have to keep in mind to avoid accidentally leaving the lamb open to attack)... but with the recent DoP Monk win, I was feeling a bit more comfortable with the DoP... and with the game offering Mary a 1-1 DoP, it kind of felt like the game wanted me to give it a try... so I did. =)
As you can tell from the video title, things didn't go as well as they could have. Ironically, the run didn't end due to a Phasing Damage interaction... which is what I was most worried about, when starting the run. ^^; Mary did still make it to 4-3, though, which, all things considered, I'm pretty happy with. ^_^

1:29 Dagger of Phasing! Thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I haven't done an actual DoP Mary run before. Similar to how the DoP can be dangerous for Monk if you forget about a particular Phasing interaction at just the right (wrong) time... the DoP can be dangerous for Mary as well (especially since protecting the lamb is a lot harder with a range-1 weapon!)... But on the other hand, the recent DoP Monk run did go fairly well, and the game is obviously offering Mary a DoP run opportunity here, so... sure, let's make this a Dagger of Phasing Mary run! ^_^
