Game description:

In Cave Fighter you steer a spaceship that has to fly through a cave. There are 2 different screens. In the first one you start at the bottom right and have to fly all the way to the right at the top, while avoiding to be smashed and collect all bonus symbols.
In the second screen you have simply fly to the right, again while trying to avoid to be smashed.
