This is the Over-The-Air CBC Digital Channel 33 in Ottawa

I find the way the frequencies oscillate back and forth to be so mesmerizing..
Maybe someone can tell me why they do this.

This was recorded with SDRSharp (SDR# Studio 1.0.0.1881) and the Nooelec NESDR Smart v4 Bundle - Premium RTL-SDR w/Aluminum Enclosure, 0.5PPM TCXO, SMA Input & 3 Antennas. RTL2832U & R820T2-Based Software Defined Radio (from amazon, B01GDN1T4S)

I did not use the antenna in the bundle but instead supplied my own telescoping antenna
