-------------------------

Hi all, and welcome back for another Creative Deck Profile. This time, we're going rather simple by throwing the Evil Eye archetype back into the fray with the help of the new Synchron cards, specifically Revolution Synchron, from DUNE. If you've missed my past profiles about Revolution Synchron, the gist is that this Tuner can combine with any archetype that tends to use a Level 4 monster searched by a Field Spell, and that's exactly what's happening here today with Serziel, Watcher of the Evil Eye and Evil Eye Domain - Pareidolia. You see, with Serziel on the field and Revolution in the hand, you can Synchro Summon Ancient Fairy Dragon, then use her effect to destroy your Field Spell and tutor a new Field Spell, which in this case is typically Therion Discolosseum. Revolution summons itself back from the GY, then you make Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon and back it up with a Therion "King" Regulus, giving you multiple disruptive options at the small cost of two cards. In this deck, that combo actually works even better than other similar strategies, as Pareidolia even has an effect to recover an Evil Eye monster from the GY when destroyed in the Field Zone by card effect - it's truly a perfect avenue.

Now all that is well and good, but if that simple combo is enough, why did I choose to run more Evil Eye cards? That's primarily because they also offer additional disruptive potential. For example, if you happen to open the duel with Evil Eyes Unleashed, you can leverage that to get yourself not only the Serziel combo I mentioned earlier, but also add to that an extra disruptive option, such as D/D/D Deviser King Deus Machinex. Or, if you have more Evil Eye cards, you might just end up keeping a Serziel on your board, equipped with an Evil Eye of Selene, for targeted monster destruction. If you didn't notice, I'm also running Crossout Designator with a slew of various popular hand Traps to banish, so many of the combos I'm talking about will be fairly difficult to disrupt, so you have quite the array of options at your disposal. Let your devilish side out for a bit of fun with the Evil Eye and Synchron archetypes, together!
