Just a few hours before I recorded this video, Cele's released his own massive weapons theater for Insurgency. In this custom theater, it contains all of magazine-fed bolt-action sniper rifles, a revolver and a collection of semi and fully automatic shotguns. For shotguns though, they're not that new in the modding scene; just look at Saiga-12 available in The Armory theater mod. Maybe they've catagorised as semi-automatic only, fully automatic only, and revolver-style shotguns. However, all of these magazine-fed shotguns still use amount of shells remaining instead of amount of magazines.

Enough for that. This theater can be played in all of gamemodes available in-game. You can either type "mp_theater_override CWE" (remove those quote symbols) in in-game console (works only for PvP modes from my perspective) or manually add that text in gamemode config file (e.g. default_server_checkpoint.cfg) which can be found in C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/insurgency2/insurgency/cfg/.
