In Japan, D3 Publisher released a series of simple budget games fittingly called the Simple series. Some made their way to the States, as well, and Shooter: Space Shot is one of them. A short game with very straightforward gameplay, Shooter: Space Shot is a classically styled shoot ‘em up in which players shoot bad guys. A lot of bad guys. The combat is actually kind of interesting, however, as players can fire their primary weapon while also launching homing missiles with a wide targeting cone. There’s also a crazy super mega laser thing, proving that even cheap games can have firepower. Shooter: Space Shot is a single-player game on the PlayStation.
