Burning Road video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Burning Road for the PlayStation developed by Toka and published by Playmates Interactive Entertainment.
Similar to arcade racing games like Daytona USA, Burning Road features three courses. Unfortunately, none of them are actually on fire, but it’s still a fun racer. Choose a car and either practice on a track individually or try to take them on in succession. You can also play local multiplayer by linking your PlayStation consoles together. The controls take some getting used to, but once you have a handle on things, it’s easy to enjoy the game’s surprising speed and solid track design. Burning Road may be based on a lie, but it’s at least an enjoyable one.
