SonSon review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of 1942 as included in the Capcom Arcade Cabinet for the PlayStation 3 developed and published by Capcom.

SonSon is a strange game. Like, really strange. It's based on one of the Four Great Classics Novels of Chinese literature, and it awards you 6,000 points for eating corn dogs. See what we mean? Nonetheless, that wackiness is part of its charm. SonSon is a unique platformer/shooter hybrid. The game scrolls forward automatically. You have to keep up while frantically shooting enemies and avoiding the ones coming from behind you. There are also radishes. Seriously, guys. Radishes.

This video review features video gameplay footage of SonSon as included in the Capcom Arcade Cabinet for the PlayStation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
