Bill Rizer and Lance Bean make their glorious 2d return to the Nintendo DS with Contra 4, the first original handheld game in the series since Operation C 16 years prior. With an old school style similar to the classics for NES and SNES, Contra 4 also use the dual screens of the DS to stretch out the carnage vertically, and supplies plenty of frantic run and gun action. A variety of challenging modes and unlockables provide great service for fans, including cover art, comic books, interviews, and selectable characters including the almighty Probotector.
