UFC Personal Trainer is also available for the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3. UFC Personal Trainer is, as advertised, a virtual fitness trainer. And we have no authority whatsoever to gage the value of such a thing. We can talk about video games, but that's not what this is. What we can tell you is that UFC Personal Trainer has a nice variety of exercises, a great set of personal records and training stats and it definitely elevates the heart rate. Obviously, the magic of Kinect is what makes UFC Personal Trainer so effective, but at the same time, it's also what makes it a pain in the glutes. You can either jump into a workout right away or tinker with the activities to create your own. Along the way, you're guided by lots of personalities from the UFC universe, including fighters like Forrest Griffin.
