I've played lots of games about city planning. I've cut my teeth on Power Grid and Ora et Labora. But MegaCity boils the entire experience down to a simple tile-placement board game that, while unconstrained by time, can still become a bear to complete due to ever-rising quotas. Build homes and improve the surrounding areas to drive up property values, but be careful where you put that landfill. Gain EXP to unlock new buildings like the Community College, or play a pre-scripted challenge for a massive EXP jackpot.
