Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video game console review of the NES-101 Nintendo Entertainment System aka the Top Loading or Top Loader NES. Released in 1993 after the release of the Super Nintendo, this sought after console features a slick updated design and more reliable top loading cartridge slot. There's also a few minor differences in its power and reset buttons and video output as pointed out in this video, but otherwise this alternate version of the classic gaming system is great as a replacement for a broken console or for die hard collectors.
