I'm currently working on a piece for the string orchestra comprising a bass, cello, viola, and violins 1 and 2, and thought I'd do an interim report of how the beginning sounds.
I'm planning writing a fugue for the next part (melody chases itself on different instruments) whilst keeping that strong pulse flowing.
The interim is particularly for Darren who likes to ask how I'm doing and if I have anything new in the works. This one's for you buddy.
