Trying to work the fitness, health, and exercise aspect back into the channel that I always envisioned. Here's a Workout Challenge that uses nothing but your body and your name. Give it a shot . . . but don't sue me if you have any negative effects. I'm not a qualified anything to give people I don't know advice on anything, let alone their health. Basically don't sue me. You'll be horribly disappointed in the nothing I have to take haha.
