3After many defeats (One) at the hands of MegaMan, GroundMan goes on a rampage, but not after he practicly knocks ALL of MegaMan's chips out that have a element, all that were left were normal, plus, obstacle, Navi chips that were MegaMan's LinkNavis and a single Giga chip, he also made MegaMan's NaviCust buggy with a ChargeMAX and only alowed NumberOpen alowed. Now MegaMan has to stop GroundMan before it's too late, but a DarkChip that runs on peices of bugs sneaked into the folder and if MegaMan draws it, it equips it's self onto Mega's buster and destroys all other chips in the folder.
