One day, Count Zap was bent on getting revenge on Megaman for what he did to him in BN1, so he powered up Elecman quite a lot. By the time they met, Megaman's BugStop disappeared, and so did his AirShoes! Elecman also got a lot stronger, and he made a huge gap between him and Megaman, which also bars him from having allies to help. Will Megaman win?
