1) Update the Facebook app to the latest version
2) Open Facebook and log in to your account
3) Go to the pages section by tapping on the menu bar
4) Tap on the page on which you want to change the name
5) Make sure you have access to the page permissions
6) Tap on Edit Page followed by Page Info option
7) Select the option Name and enter the new name
8) Once done, tap on Save to confirm the changes.
