1) Login to minecraft.net and log in to your old Mojang Account
2) On your profile page, tap on Move My Account
3) Verify the email used in your Mojang Account
4) Tap on the Get Code to receive the code and verify it.
5) Now login with your existing Microsoft account, or simply create a new one.
6) Confirm the changes by tapping on the Complete Move button.
