Here's how to Change Subtitles position in VLC on Windows PC.

Here are the steps to change the subtitle position in VLC media player on Windows:

1. In VLC, go to Tools - Preferences (or press Ctrl+P).

2. Go to the Subtitles & OSD section.

3. Under the Position category, you can change the following:

- Text position - Set where you want subtitles vertically like Top, Middle, Bottom.

- Alignment - Choose left, center or right align for subtitles.

- Vertical margin - Increase or decrease spacing from the top/bottom edge.

- Horizontal margin - Set left/right spacing from screen edges.

4. You can preview changes in the Example area.

5. Click Save to apply the new subtitle position settings.

6. During video playback, Right click on the video - Subtitle Track - Text Scaling to adjust font size.

That's it! You can adjust both the text position and size to customize subtitle appearance in VLC player. The preview helps get it just right for your preference.
