1) Update the TikTok app to the latest version
2) Open TikTok and log in to your account
3) Tap on the plus button and record or choose your video
4) Tap on the Aa icon on the top right
5) Enter your text.
6) Once done, tap on the text and tap on Text to Speech
7) You will be able to see other voices as well.
8) If you don't, then use the third-party methods available.
