First Way (Default):
Open File Manager on your phone. Locate the folder you want to add a shortcut to. Long press and select More. Tap on Add to Home Screen.

Second Way (Third-Party):
Download ES File Explorer. Locate a folder you want to add a shortcut to. Then tap on Add Shortcut To Homescreen.
