First up is Chantey, an action-adventure RPG with a twist: rhythm-based sea shanty combat! That's right, you'll be battling pirates with the power of music, inspired by classics like Link's Awakening and rhythm games of the early 2000s. Explore the Caribbean, recruit your crew, and master the art of musical warfare. It's trickier than it looks, but incredibly rewarding!
Next, we have Hermano, a stunning action platformer that pushes the Game Boy's hardware to its limits. With large, detailed sprites reminiscent of PC Engine games, you'll play a deceased hero rescuing his brother from a demon in the Latin Land of the Dead. Throw your head (literally!) as a projectile, collect bombs, and navigate mind-bending levels with inverted gravity.
