68Super Dimensional Fortress Macross got a detailed big budget remake movie at the height of its popularity in the form of the film titled "Do You Remember Love" . We had only seen the butchered censored version as Robotech and this film was turned into a release called Clash of the Bionoids.
due to the Draconian a licensing agreement that cobbled together Robotech the licensing rights for the original subtitled series and all artistic derivatives was elusively out of print in the West with the exception of some limited releases.
So when I heard that there was a big budget 4K High definition UHD that can be played on the PS5 being released I jumped to it. Even more exciting is that the Blu-Ray disc that accompanies it appears to be region free and plays in a standard player and their English subtitles with both discs.
