Celia is a very straight forward character with a huge diversity of tools. She has very strong meterless combos, especially with the parankish whip extra move. Some of her rejump stuff can be a little hard, but she's overall pretty average execution-wise. Her run and step are non-standard, with run giving her extra mixup options and step giving her stronger neutral and access to micro dash combos.
Playstyle-wise she has a lot of projectiles that have a delayed activation, meaning she can stay relatively safe while putting out projectiles and traps to control various parts of the screen. She has a bit of extra meter management because of her limited missile stocks to balance out the strong utility that her projectiles give her.
