Cait and Sith are a weird sort of puppet/stance character. Half of their normals change depending on if sith is set or not and if she is she can do special moves independent of cait. This gives them much more variety in combo routes than most other characters which can be a bit daunting if you're new to the character.
Even though they are a puppet character Cait and Sith lack the kind of meter management that typically defines characters like Zato or Relius. Instead they focus more on managing their stance since their normals while together are generally stronger than their normals while apart. Strong set-play isn't super common for chaos code characters, but that's what Cait & Sith excel at. If that kind of playstyle is what you look for then these characters can be very rewarding.
