This combo is optimized for air throws, there are 4 used and 1 whiffed, if you would rather have damage do a 214d and immediatly follow up with a 22d instead of the first double jump, then land, 214d, and otg into an air combo, and convert that air combo into the exceed/super. From that point onwards it's more or less optimal although you could probably fit a few more re-jumps and a few other small optimizations. If you do the 22d variation you'll probably do around 1 or 2k extra? I'm not totally sure, it'll also depend a little on what character you're hitting, as some will dizzy earlier than others which can screw with the route.
