Chaos vs Order Splatfest (Day 3 of the Splatocalypse) - Splatoon 2 (スプラトゥーン2)
2The final day of the Final Fest! Which world would you rather see the Inklings live in: a world of Chaos or a world of Order? This Splatoon 2 Splatfest seeks to answer this difficult dilemma. In a series of Turf War matches, my teammates and I try to have the most ink on the ground when time runs out. The stakes are high when we’re united for this important cause!
This was one of my best Splatfest days ever! You should definitely watch the video before you read the stats ahead.
Today, I won 8 matches and lost 4. Against Team Chaos, I lost 2 matches and won... 0. Against Team Order, though, I won 8 matches and lost 2. Plus, if you take the x10 Battles into account, my weighted score for today was 26 wins and 2 losses against Team Order! Wow!
For the complete Splatfest, I fought 53 battles. I won 27 and lost 26, but keep in mind that 2 of those losses had disconnects on my team. I won 7 matches and lost 9 against Team Chaos, but keep in mind that 2 of those losses had disconnects on my team. I won 20 matches and lost 17 matches against Team Order. Finally, if you take the x10 Battles into account, my weighted score for the Final Fest is 47 wins and 17 losses against Team Order. Wow!
I picked Team Chaos because it seems like the next Splatoon game will have a more robust art direction if it veers away from all the high-tech stuff associated with Team Order. Besides, in the announcement trailer for this Splatfest, it showed DJ Octavio (whom we've fought plenty of times already) on Team Order, and the funny Salmonids on Team Chaos. Salmonids would make for a much more interesting enemy in Splatoon 3, in my opinion.
