I was almost surprised to see this, but I really wasn't. Chase HQ was ported to literally anything with a processor. Unlike Doom, it's not always wanted.
At least this has some sort of spin on the formula, but when it comes down to it, it just feels like a slowed down, less action-packed version of the original broken into segments.
However, if you love Chase HQ, this might not be bad. I find it boring, but those who needed a driving fix on a portable might have gotten something out of this.
