► ABOUT
The foundation for Chasm: The Rift was laid back in 1997 in Ukraine. It is one of the most exciting and innovative shooters of that era and the first boomer shooter ever developed in Eastern Europe.
► THE STORY
You sense that you are no longer alone. You turn around, just in time to strike down the mutant that was rushing mercilessly towards you. Slowly you realise that fear is in the air, and a cold shiver runs down your spine as you realise that it is your fear ... What was that thing?
Again and again you pull the trigger, killing one strange beast after another, all grotesque mutations of creatures you once knew. Suddenly you understand the incomprehensible. Time channels have formed in the Earth's atmosphere, transforming once normal life forms into something that should never have existed. As part of a special commando unit, you must not only fend off and destroy the beasts, but also eliminate the time channels to rid the Earth of these deadly mutants once and for all.
