This footage was taken using the beta version of UE4.19 that fixes the VR issue with Microsoft Mixed Reality headsets using SteamVR. You can find the download here:

Just select the UE4.19 version, copy it to your game folder and double click on the *.exe file to launch. I suggest making a shortcut to your desktop or pin it to the Start menu and then launch it from within the Cliff house or SteamVR home screens.

By the way the guy staring back at you is Theo van Gogh, Vincent van Gogh's younger brother who without his moral and financial support, would have not become one of history's most renown artist.
