Cheng Pu and Zhang Fei tries to KILL Lu Bu on the world map but got robbed and murdered - 英雄立志传：三国志
20Kinda funny how the funny snake spear generals are both coming after me, anyway an interesting mechanic that the devs of Legend of Heroes: Three Kingdoms took from Romance of the Three Kingdoms 10 was the ability to attack officers on the world map, however, they upped the ante by making it so that other officers can attack YOU too, and if they succeed, you WILL DIE (or at least the two times Gan Ning got ambushed and he dies, despite only showing he was wounded, either way these are not 1 on 1 duels as you can see...)
This happens because Lu Bu had -10000 Karma (Evil) and when a just person encounters him on the world map there is a small chance of an attack
A new indie Three Kingdoms game made in Unity from some company called Free Wing. No doubt heavily influenced by Koei's Romance of the Three Kingdoms, especially the officer play ones (7,8,10,13) and the Taiko Risshiden 立志传 series (called Grand Regent Ascension in English)
This game seems to contain a lot more features, we'll have to take a look at them as I play through the game.
