Move 49 was a mouse slip. I meant to play Qe8# instead of Qe7.

Move 27 I blundered my queen so that I could practice end game.

Clearly I suck at end games and although I won the end game, I easily could have lost. His move 32 was the mistake for him. He had a pawn closer to the end of the board than I did and I couldn't stop it. He should have played Kd3 and then walked his pawn to the end of the board. There would be no way to get my king in front of it. The best I could do is get a queen as well, just one move later. What I should have done earlier was move my knight to d2 on move 30, instead of grabbing his h-pawn. Although I was creating passed pawns, his passed pawn was ultimately better. (I think that's a good analysis. Otherwise, what should I have done?)
