Move 15, he traded his queen for my rook. He was trying to prevent checkmate on g2, so he thought he had to give up his queen. But he could have just played Qh3 to protect that square. I would still be winning, but it would have been harder for me to convert the advantage.
As for why I was losing in the first place: mostly my double pawns and exposed king. I should have played Be7 instead of castling, and then castled. That way I could maintain my pawn structure.
