Chess Survivors on Linux (Native)
The success of Vampire Survivors and its horde survival mechanics inevitably brought along a horde (pun intended) of followers and copycats.
Personally, I find the vast majority of them quite boring, but there are also a few interesting ones. And Chess Survivors is definitely among them.
Chess Survivors combines the horde survival and chess mechanics, with fact-paced turns and enemies that move like chess pieces. Its addictiveness is similar to Vampire Survivors but it also has its own special charm.
This game has a native Linux version which runs perfectly both on Linux desktop and on Steam Deck.
