Each unit can do ONE of the following each turn:

No one can be cced twice in a row, cannot use a cc move twice in a row.

When a players turn ends, if there's members from both teams in the 'arena' they shall fight to the death! If you get knocked out the arena your back to unit status and not targetable by the enemy, no wasding out though.

Doomfist:
Rocket Punch
Uppercut
Jumpy Slamy
Can do any 2 of the above 3 per turn.
Ulti - Once Per Game
Shoot Once

Mercy:
Heal Beam 2 Sec
Damage Boost for Turn
Shift to Ally (Jump Shift to Ally)
Rez during enemy turn
5 Pistol Shots

Orissa:
Right click + explode - can knock of map
Empty clip
Shift during enemy turn perma
Shield up during enemy turn until broken
And Ult

Ana:
Sleep Dat
2x Heal shots
1x damage shot
Canister
Ult on someone for extra turn

Pharah:
Conc blast
Stay in air during enemy turn
Fire a rocket
Ult - One Use

Lucio:
(Speed on unless move requires otherwise)
1 blast of his gun
Heal for duration of amp
Free move for duration of amp
Wallride until falls of or gets to destination
1 Boop
Ulti during opponents turn

D.Va:
Shift where you feel like, hands of wasd when it ends no matter where you are
Defense matrix during opponents turn
Fire for 2 seconds
Ulti - must be launched with a shift - cannot do anything for 2 turns
Out of mech (mech was destroyed, not ulted) - fire 5 bullets

Genji:
Dash in a direction twice, if it damage someone you're done
Can wall climb launch and air control
Left click once
Right click twice
Deflect during opponents turn
Ulti - slash enemy - dash to new enemy - slash enemy - dash to new repeat till end, until slash
misses or ulti runs out

McCree:
Rollx4
Roll once during opponents turn
Flashbang - 1 turn stun on who it hits - can only be used every other turn max
Right click once
2x left click
Ulti - one per game - can kill one enemy

Reaper:
Wraith walk, reactinary press when targeted on enemy turn
Shot gun twice
Teleport - shot gun once
Ult - can wasd
Teleport

Widowmaker:
Grapple to a place
Widow mine
Full charge shot - 1 turn CD
Full auto 15 bullets
Ult - can body shot once enemies she can see from where she's stood that move during opponents turn

Roadhog:
Heal
Hook to wall - walk there
Hook enemy
Shoot enemy
Ult - 1 turn CD, no of the map

Mei:
Left click to freeze - stun for turn
Move 3 walls away
One icicle
Ice block OW - during opponents turn
Ice block - heal
Ice wall a spot during opponents turn
Ult - stun all that hit for a turn - 1 turn cd

2xRein:
Charge where you'd like them to
Firestrike where you'd like em to
Hold Shield up in direction until next turn - cant be charged with shield up
Swing Hammer Twice
Ultimate - Those affeted can't move next turn

Tracer:
Blink up to 3 times
Blink, fire little bit, recall
Blink once during enemy turn (This can count as one of the 3 movements)
Empty Clip
Throw Bomb + Recall to survive self kill if too close

Junkrat:
Conq mine to either damage or move twice
Fire 2 left clicks
Conq Mine(Optional) + Lay Trap Down - ends a heros move if they fall for it
Ulti - but has to follow commanders directions (turn tire left, now right, forward a bit, explode!) and cant move for a turns after

Sombra:
Throw teleport and teleport to it
Go 'invis' - can't be targeted on opponents next turn
Hack someone - they cant take an action next turn - cant be done 2 turns in a row
and
Fire 30 bullets
Ulti - same as hack rules but aoe

Winston:
Jump Twice
Jump then fire for 50
Perma shield during opponents turn
Ulti - can only be used when tracer unit is dead - can knockoff - happens once
