Chinese Steamed Buns Recipe with Bulgogi Marinated Beef

Ingredients:
Dough
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cups of water
- 1tsp yeast
- 1tsp sugar
Beef Filling
- diced beef (can substitute with any meat or veg)
- diced spring onions
- diced onion
- diced spinach
- add salt/pepper to taste
(You can substitute for other vegetables. Spring Onions should be the one that doesn't need to change. Can add a teaspoon of corn starch to help tenderise the beef/meat as well.)
Bulgogi Mirinade
- Cloves of Garlic
- A few slices of Ginger
- any type of pear
- Sesame Oil
- Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
- Light Soy Sauce
(You can add more or less of a certain ingredient if you don't like it. Worcestershire is optional)
