Trackhouse announced the acquisition of Chip Ganassi Racing very unexpectedly today and I decided to do a little edit about CGR's History and Legacy in the sport of NASCAR. A remarkable career and mark that spanned from 1989 all the way up to today. Here's a compilation of some historic/key moments in the course of Chip Ganassi racing's endeavor. Mostly Cup Series content. It would be way too long if I put Busch Series stuff in, sorry!!! MY USE OF BETTER DAYS BY ONEREPUBLIC IS PROTECTED UNDER FAIR USE.

This is the second version of this video. I've made a few changes, removals, and added some things and overall just cleaned up the edit quite a bit. The original video will be delisted as soon as this one is published.

Things I changed:
-Removed/Fixed a lot of weird audio cuts to make it seem more fluid
-Added Kyle Larson's 2019 Dover Win
-Added Kyle Larson's 2019 All Star Win
-Added Jimmy Spencer dumping Kurt Busch at Indy in 2002. I felt this was necessary to show the different drivers and different circumstances that this team has been through.
-Added Jason Leffler's pole award from the 2001 Kansas race. This seemed like a big deal to me as this was Jason's ONLY full-time Season in Cup and it was run with Chip Ganassi. This was also the first EVER race at Kansas Speedway and CGR got the pole. To be able to say that you won the first pole for a race ever is pretty special, especially for a mid-tier team such as CGR.
-I expanded a bit and added some more clips on Kenny Irwin's death. I felt like it wasn't clear enough that he perished in the accident and that non-race fans watching may not fully understand the severity of the situation as it stood represented in the initial video, so I added onto this and took it a bit deeper.
