In this recipe Barry shows you how to make an incredibly delicious chocolate chip cookie mug cake - it's really quite amazing how good this tastes folks, honestly you're probably thinking 'yeah that's nice' but honestly, this is so so so so so so so so good and tastes like a gooey freshly baked cookie with the chocolate melting through it. It's quite stonkingly mind blowing and will rock your socks, hope you give it a try!
Ingredients
2tbsp butter
2tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp caster sugar
drop vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
pinch salt
3tbsp plain flour
good handful chocolate chips
