Description of video & Ingredients:
In this video recipe Barry shows you how to make a delicious and very simple apple pie. The recipe can be adjusted to your preference easily or you can chuck a different filling in there if you want, with the pie itself being finished off with a funky looking braided lid that's a lot easier than it looks to make! Hope you give it a try :)
Ingredients
300g pack ready shortcrust pastry
(or make your own)
8 granny smith apples
1 lemon
50g caster sugar
2tsp ground cinnamon
serve with cream / ice-cream etc
