Chris' Covers - Winter Passing
1Chris' Covers is my attempt at singing (I know I suck lol) some old songs that I admire. Since all I did was add in my vocals, this is more of a karaoke type of thing than an actual cover. This was a project I promised myself I would do once I finished my chemotherapy. I finished said chemotherapy way back in 2018, so I finally got to fulfill my promise to myself. All of the songs I recorded (10 in total) were songs that helped me get through my chemotherapy, and have a warm place in my heart.
Today's song is a b-side from Taking Back Sunday's New Again album, called Winter Passing. It's one of my favorite 'slow dance-esque' songs, and has lyrics that, while I can't relate to, I have so much empathy for. I hope you guys enjoy!
