We are playing Chroma Squad, a Tactical RPG/Management Sim, where we are in control of a group of actors who started an independent studio for their own Sentai Squad TV show. The Management Sim portion comes in the control of the actual studio, buying equipment/props for the squad, setting up advertising and other such things. On the Tactical RPG side we control the squad during the episodes as they battle stereotypical Sentai minions and cheesy bosses, crossing over with the management sim portion, as the better we do in tactical combat the more fans and money and audience we earn.

I love turn-based tactical RPGs, and have since playing Final Fantasy Tactics if not before. I'm really looking forward to trying this out, and hope it lives up to my expectations.
