I've modified Chrome 4.0 a bit by replacing some functions to get to work on vanilla Windows 2000, but it almost started, but it crashes constantly (same thing I tried unmodified Chrome 0.3.154.3 on vanilla Windows 2000).

As far as I know, Chrome 0.2 Beta ONLY works on Windows 2000 without Extended Kernel. Also, Chrome 0.3+ is known to work on Windows Whistler builds 2410-2416 with modifications (and up to Chrome 4.0 for Windows Whistler builds 2410 until 2481.main, and also up to Chrome 20 for Windows XP Pre-RC1 build 2481 until Windows XP SP2 Beta Build 2600.2055) with modifications + Windows Whistler build 2419+ without modifications.

However, haven't tested Chrome 0.3 on Windows Whistler build 22xx builds yet, but it might end up being the same as vanilla Windows 2000.
